Oven Baked Chicken II
(4 servings) 1/8 teaspoon marjoram 1/8 teaspoon rosemary, crushed 5 cups corn flakes, crushed 2½ pounds cut up broiler-fryer -chicken pieces ½ cup butter or margarine, melted 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1½ teaspoons salt 1/8 teaspoon thyme In medium bowl combine butter, flour, salt, thyme, rosemary and marjoram. In shallow dish place cereal. Dip chicken in butter mixture; roll in cereal to coat. Place in Dutch oven and bake at 375 degrees F for about 1 hour or until golden brown. |
