This blueberry cream cheese french toast bake is the ultimate brunch-style indulgence! Start your day in the great outdoors with our delicious Blueberry Cream Cheese French Toast Casserole! A perfect combination of sweetness and creaminess to fuel your camping adventures!


  • 12 Cups Bread Diced into 1 inch Cubes (We prefer Brioche but simple white bread will do just fine!)
  • 2 - 8oz Packages Cream Cheese Cut into 1 inch Cubes
  • 2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
  • 12 Eggs Whisked
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, cubed
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon


  1. Preheat your Camping Dutch Oven to 350 Degrees
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add Eggs, Milk, Vanilla Extract, White Sugar, Cinnamon and combine thoroughly
  3. Into the mixing bowl, add the bread cubes, blueberries and cream cheese. Carefully fold ingredients together
  4. Let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the egg mixture to soak into the bread
  5. Line your Dutch Oven with a baking liner
  6. Add the entire mixture to your dutch oven
  7. Top the mixture with cubed butter and a sprinkle of additional cinnamon and sugar
  8. Cover and let bake for 30 minutes or until center is firm and surface is lightly browned
  9. Serve with Syrup if you prefer!
